At GT GRIP Socks, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience with us seamless. Please carefully review our return policy to understand the processes and conditions for returns.

1. No Free Return Policy

We do not offer a free return policy as we believe it may encourage unnecessary orders. 

For sizing concerns or specific questions about our products, please reach out to us at gtgripsocks@gmail.com before placing your order. We are here to assist you.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at gtgripsocks@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement promptly.

To qualify for a free replacement, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exchange or Refund

If you've changed your mind about your purchase or ordered the wrong size or color, you can contact us for a refund or exchange. In both cases, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Follow the steps below for an exchange or refund:

Exchange Process:

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at gtgripsocks@gmail.com, providing your order number and specifying the products you'd like in exchange. After that, we will confirm the exchange and provide instructions. If you order the same product, there is no additional cost for the exchange. For a different product, we will handle the extra payment or issue a refund. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Refund Process:

If you've decided to return the product for a refund, contact us within 14 days at gtgripsocks@gmail.com. We will confirm the refund process. If your order included multiple products, you can request a full or partial refund. Once we receive the product(s) in our storage, we will promptly process the full or partial refund.

For both exchanges and refunds, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging: Ensure the items are unworn or unused and in their original packaging.
Include Documentation: Include a copy of this return form with the returned items. Attach the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Step 3 : Notify us at gtgripsocks@gmail.com once the return is shipped with the tracking number.
